Adrian Curry, Encirc: The first few months of lockdown were challenging, but I’m delighted to say that our response to Covid was people-focused, with an internal campaign which ended up being recognised as a shining example of how we can support each other through difficult times. As part of our #INITTOGETHER campaign, we connected everybody via our Workplace app, running online health and wellbeing sessions, galvanising the workforce with people-focused initiatives and making sure to address any health and safety concerns as needed.

Jamie Gorman, Aegg Creative Packaging: As we support food and drinks businesses, we had to ensure continuity of our service.
