CHICAGO, ILLINOIS, U.S. — Archer Daniels Midland Co. has introduced a line of organic flours. The portfolio initially includes organic all-purpose flour and organic premium bread flour. The company plans to launch other organic-milled products. The Chicago-based company said the new line makes use ADM’s wheat sourcing network and its facility is certified organic through the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
